Where do you source your meat from?
We source our products from trusted partners who prioritize animal welfare. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, our chicken is organic, and our pork is crate-free.
How is the meat packaged for shipping?
All meat is vacuum-sealed and packed in an insulated box with dry ice. This ensures your order stays frozen or refrigerator-cold until it reaches your doorstep.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Yes, we offer both Curated Boxes, where we select the cuts for you, and Custom Boxes, where you have full control over every item included in your shipment.
How does the subscription billing work?
We are a flexible subscription service. You will be billed based on your selected frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), and you can pause or cancel at any time before your next invoice date.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives compromised or the meat is not at a safe temperature, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos so we can issue a replacement or credit.
